All orders made before 12PM AEST will be shipped same-day on business days.
All orders placed after 12PM AEST are shipped the next business day.

If your order contains pre-order items, your entire order will be dispatched once all items are available in stock.

DELIVERY TIMES:

All items are shipped via Australia Post or reputable courier companies like Direct Freight Express, Fastway, Couriers Please, etc. Shipping timeframes are out of our control due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, increased demand on postal services. If you require your goods promptly we recommend choosing the Express Post option in checkout.

In general, please allow 2-8 business days (standard shipping) and 1-3 business days (express shipping) for delivery once your order has been shipped.

RETURNS:

Change of mind: If you have purchased the wrong size, or no longer need your garbage bags, you may be able to return them for a store credit within 14 days of purchase.

We have a strict returns process to ensure all returns must be unused, in their original condition and can be re-sold to other customers. Change of mind returns are also subject to handling and restocking fees and the original shipping cost being deducted from any store credit. Product issues: Sometimes things don't go to plan. Rest assured we will ensure a fast resolution which can include product replacements, store credits and refunds within 30 days of purchase. If you have any product issues whatsoever, please contact us for further instructions. Generally, we will request photos or a video of any issues to help provide the fastest resolution.
