Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times:

Orders placed before 12PM AEST on business days are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12PM AEST will be shipped the next business day.

Pre-Order Items:
If your order contains any pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are in stock.

Delivery Times

We use Australia Post and reputable couriers such as Direct Freight Express, Aramex, Couriers Please, and others. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including natural events or increased postal demand.

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

For urgent deliveries, we recommend selecting the Express Post option at checkout.
