We offer a 30-day return policy, effective from the date you receive your order.
Product Issues or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Contact us immediately with a photo or video of the issue.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement, refund, or store credit—whichever is most suitable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email hello@glomark.com.au.
If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
