Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, effective from the date you receive your order.

Product Issues or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately with a photo or video of the issue.

  • We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement, refund, or store creditwhichever is most suitable.


Return Process

To initiate a return, email hello@glomark.com.au.
If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
